Defying All Odds was founded in 2023 by Alejandro Cora III, MBA and Capris L. Cora, M.Ed. We have over 11 years experience serving individuals with intellectual disabilities in our community as a caseworker and teacher.  Defying All Odds is an agency in York, PA providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. DAO provides in-home and community and companion services to individuals to ensure they live an everyday life. DAO strives to provide services while ensuring staff has the tools and resources to be successful and confident to serve each individual.
